Here is another layered card but without the need to weight the base card as the bottom of all of them are lined up.
I made this for the "Pastel" challenge on "Created By Hand"
(The fronts of the cards were stamped with versamark and embossed in white)

What an usual idea - very clever!
I like the idea of triple cards and the embossing looks good..I will have to have a go at this with some spray inks I think like they did on qvc recently
I saw those inks Lorraine ! The Adirondack ones...? You are right.... they would give a lovely vintage look especially if bound with a piece of faded velvet ribbon...Mmmm !

That is one lovely card Rubymay! In fact I like this and the oreiental one and the 4x4 very, very much - lots of detail in your backgrounds makes them very special!
